Log into your Sudathi account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return or exchange.
Quality Check
Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.
Reverse Pickup
Our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package once the request is approved.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
